Perfect Little Hapiness

Yes

I’m glad you empathize – with our situation

They have forgot about me – In this open nation

Me, I’ve been writing words – for a howling generation

Surprised with an open invitation – to start its own fire

(we just needed spark – we found stumbling thru the dark)

And OK you’re perfect – such a little perfect

Don’t forget a handkerchief – for the 1st time you feel happiness

(so used to cryin’ – ah, so down & feeling untrue & too uncool for blue)

A rearrival of myself taught me to see the present as a present & not a rival

To see the open road as someone dead but so grateful as a means of survival

Those lessons are only of value if you learn and let them alone in the past

And driving with the winnings closer to my vest in a New Mexico ---

No need to tell us which way to go – we got another invitation for the situation

To use a new equation to formulate the value of a rediscovered open nation

With the words of a howling generation at our backs supporting a re-evaluation

And the new round of investments from the right backers of a sustainable evolution

Where we’re the same stars of the revolution covered in a new everyday media

You can see it all again & again – just crack an old code for a fresh new start - then hit replay

And OK you’re perfect – such a little perfect

Don’t forget a handkerchief – for the 1st time you feel happiness

(so used to cryin’ – ah, so down & feeling untrue & too uncool for blue)

Well, blues something we’re all tangled up in – no one’s gonna just give it you

Or even if they do it’s up to you to blow it back open again when the bubble pops

And no one seems to have your back – because it’s all waiting for you to come around

Down to the main part of town where they used to execute those who clowned around

And OK you’re perfect – such a little perfect

Don’t forget a handkerchief – for the 1st time you feel happiness - when you kick them down

We got our open invitations for a new situation – where I don’t have to see you – ever again

And I’m so happy

Such a perfect little happy

I know I don’t have to see you (ever again)

Ever again

Never again

Never again.

2, 2, 3, 4 rhythm & blues --- go head & count it out – but it’s not for sale,

No,
not for you.

Mutilated Teddy Bear

Mutilated Teddy Bear (1st draft: unedited)

At the knock on the front door they were alarmed yet it was nothing more than that startling of an unexpected knock. They were fairly quiet and kept to themselves although they lived on a busy street littered with cars and kids. However, the routine emotions one feels while answering a knock at the door soon dissipated and was replaced with a hot steel sweat that seemingly started in the pit of their stomachs and moved to the back on their throats as they greeted two police officers at the front door.

“Mr. & Mrs. Krugglick?” the officer began and with a nod from the couple he proceeded, “may we come in?”

The tiny kitchen table showed no signs of a troubled home. It was quite non descript and looked like several kitchen tables on that street, in the neighborhood of the city of Boston, Massachusetts.

They missed the signs. No doubt about it. They missed the signs. Were they to blame for it?

While the white glove dust tests were conducted in the household every Saturday morning cleaning-up the evidence that time indeed past and dust settled with its mixture of skin particles, mites, dirt & grime for the everyday inside & outside did they miss the real focus and meaning behind the horrible violent crimes the officers blatantly stated their 25 year old son committed? All those victims. And the poor grieving families & friends!

Mrs. Krugglick dismissed the incessant teasing her son gave the family pets as just a normal aggressiveness that boys did – even when there were signs of wounds from abuse and an uneasy wincing from rooms when he was in them with the animals. For it was only a recent phenomenon to let animals in the house to begin with and may not have even occurred if Mr. Krugglick did not take heed to the advice of a Mason on the street that explained how his connections told him that Mr. Krugglick would probably have to face some fines associated with animal & pet abuse and neglect if he didn’t make certain the animals were more properly looked after and not roaming free day and night – or the dogs just chained in the backyard in all weather barking frantically at times as if to fend off attacks and also from apparent lack of fresh food and water. Cambridge was shedding its working class image for a more white collar “tech” friendly environment. The Krugglicks like many other families were caught in the middle of this shuffle – which might explain the bullying their son received from both sides of the track – with his inadequacies of not being cool, or tough enough for one side and not good-enough & status confirmed by the other.

At any rate, while they searched the bedroom with the officers both Mr. & Mrs. Krugglick shed hot tears of shame and misfortune and guilt as Mrs. Krugglick grasped at, held, and squeezed  the mutilated teddy bear the officers pulled out of the closet and from the childhood of the mass killer.

Youngest American Woman Billionaire Found With In-N-Out

Lynsi L. Torres is associated with several companies, including Flying Dutchman Racing, Inc., In-N-Out Burgers and In-N-Out Burgers Foundation.
By Seth Lubove - Feb 4, 2013 12:00 AM ET

Lunchtime at the flagship In-N-Out Burger restaurant in Baldwin Park, California, is a study in efficiency. As the order line swells, smiling workers swoop in to operate empty cash registers. Another staffer cleans tables, asking customers if they’re enjoying their hamburger. Outside, a woman armed with a hand-held ordering machine speeds up the drive-through line.

Such service has helped In-N-Out create a rabid fan base -- and make Lynsi Torres, the chain’s 30-year-old owner and president, one of the youngest female billionaires on Earth. New store openings often resemble product releases from Apple Inc. (AAPL), with customers lined up hours in advance. City officials plead with the Irvine, California-based company to open restaurants in their municipalities.
“They have done a fantastic job of building and maintaining a kind of cult following,” said Bob Goldin, executive vice president of Chicago-based food industry research firm Technomic Inc. “Someone would love to buy them.”

That someone includes billionaire investor Warren Buffett, who told a group of visiting business students in 2005 that he’d like to own the chain, according to an account of the meeting on the UCLA Anderson School of Management website.

The thrice-married Torres has watched her family expand In- N-Out from a single drive-through hamburger stand founded in 1948 in Baldwin Park by her grandparents, Harry and Esther Snyder, into a fast-food empire worth more than $1 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.

Biblical Citations

Famous for its Double-Double cheeseburgers, fresh ingredients and discreet biblical citations on its cups and food wrappers, In-N-Out has almost 280 units in five states. The closely held company had sales of about $625 million in 2012, after applying a five-year compound annual growth rate of 4.6 percent to industry trade magazine Nation’s Restaurant News’s 2011 sales estimate of $596 million.

In-N-Out is valued at about $1.1 billion, according to the Bloomberg ranking, based on the average price-to-earnings, enterprise value-to-sales and enterprise value-to-earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization multiples of five publicly traded peers: Yum! Brands Inc. (YUM), Jack in the Box Inc., Wendy’s Co. (WEN), Sonic Corp. (SONC) and McDonald’s Corp. (MCD) Enterprise value is defined as market capitalization plus total debt minus cash.

One private equity executive who invests in the food and restaurant industry said the operation could be valued at more than $2 billion, based on its productivity per unit, profitability and potential for expansion. The person asked not to be identified because he is not authorized to speak about his company’s potential investments.

Plane Crash

“In-N-Out Burger is a private company and this valuation of the company is nothing more than speculation based on estimates from people with no knowledge of In-N-Out’s financials, which are and always have been private,” Carl Van Fleet, the company’s vice president of planning and development, said in an e-mailed statement.

Torres, who has never appeared on an international wealth ranking and declined to comment for this article, came to control In-N-Out after several family deaths. When her grandfather Harry died in 1976, his second son, Rich, took over as company president and expanded the chain to 93 restaurants from 18.

Torres’s father, Harry Guy Snyder, became chief executive following Rich’s 1993 death in a plane crash at age 41. The chain expanded to 140 locations under Guy, who inherited his father’s passion for drag racing.

$10 BILLION of U.S. taxpayer money = What would you do if you had it @ your disposal to use without question?! I’d use it to bust hippies and the new breed of scum “the saggy pants wearing kids” for possession of marijuana!!!

$10 BILLION of U.S. taxpayer money = What would you do if you had it @ your disposal to use without question?!

I’d use it to bust hippies and the new breed of scum “the saggy pants wearing kids” for possession of marijuana!!!

I’d use $10 BILLION of U.S. taxpayer money ($75 MILLIION in NYC alone) to enforce the unquestionable findings from Richard M. Nixon’s administration in 1972 which made marijuana a Schedule 1 drug =making it as dangerous, lethal & illegal as heroin.

Arianna Huffington @ariannahuff tweeted this yesterday:

Marijuana Possession Arrests Show Alarming Trend http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/01/17/marijuana-possession-arrests_n_2490340.html

But don't listen to the liberal agenda of Arianna Huffington @ariannahuff ...

This is why we need to enforce marijuana possession penalties as a Schedule 1 drug =taken from Nixon transcripts:
Washington, DC: "We need, and I use the word 'all out war,' or all fronts . . . ." That was Richard Nixon's reaction to his national commission's recommendation that marijuana no longer be a criminal offense, according to Nixon's Oval Office tapes. The year after Nixon's "all out war" marijuana arrests jumped by over 100,000 people.
The Nixon White House tapes from 1971-1972 demonstrate that the foundation of the modern war on marijuana was Nixonian prejudice, culture war and misinformation. CSDP's Doug McVay spent several days at the National Archives listening to the Nixon White House tapes to find conversations about drug policy, especially regarding the National Commission on Marihuana and Drug Abuse ("the Shafer Commission"), appointed by President Nixon. He found: Nixon blaming calls for marijuana legalization on Jews; Nixon blaming the decline and fall of ancient Rome, and of the Catholic Church, on homosexuality; and Nixon criticizing the CBS sitcom "All in the Family" as a show which promoted homosexuality. (Check out some of these transcripts.)

"At a critical juncture when the United States decided how it would handle marijuana, President Nixon's prejudices did more to dominate policy that the thoughtful and extensive review of his own Blue Ribbon Commission," observed Kevin Zeese, President of Common Sense for Drug Policy. "If we had followed the advice of the experts rather than Nixon's prejudices we would have less marijuana use, be spending less money on marijuana enforcement and many million less people would have been arrested." Since the Commission issued its recommendation that marijuana offenses not be a crime, fifteen million people have been arrested on marijuana charges.
Highlights of Nixon comments on marijuana:
  • Jews and marijuana: "I see another thing in the news summary this morning about it. That's a funny thing, every one of the bastards that are out for legalizing marijuana is Jewish. What the Christ is the matter with the Jews, Bob, what is the matter with them? I suppose it's because most of them are psychiatrists . . ."
  • Marijuana and the culture wars: "You see, homosexuality, dope, immorality in general. These are the enemies of strong societies. That's why the Communists and the left-wingers are pushing the stuff, they're trying to destroy us."
  • Marijuana compared to alcohol: marijuana consumers smoke "to get high" while "a person drinks to have fun." Nixon also saw marijuana leading to loss of motivation and discipline but claimed: "At least with liquor I don't lose motivation."
  • Marijuana and political dissent: ". . . radical demonstrators that were here . . . two weeks ago . . . They're all on drugs, virtually all."
  • Drug education: "Enforce the law, you’ve got to scare them."

1776 The Production: Influences on and interpretations of ending of National Lampoon’s 1978 film Animal House – a correlation made with strong evidence

Last evening we attended 1776 at Pittsburgh’s  O'Reilly Theater.

It was a riveting performance.

I was first exposed to the production of 1776 back in 1976 when my eldest sibling was part of the Wheeling Jesuit production of it. It bit me then and became one of my favorite movies as a kid and theatrical performances. In fact, I used to prance around on the family’s large stone fireplace I used as a stage for my own special performances for friends & family and do the “Here a Lee from Virginia” song – which takes place when John Adams and Benjamin Franklin cajole Richard Henry Lee of Virginia to champion making the debate of Independence a legitimate one to discuss in congress at Philadelphia.

If you’re gonna b*tch about the government and “the man” and inequalities, freedom, loss of freedom, taxes, tyranny & revolution = than you should know what went down as a prelude to 1776 and America’s Deceleration of Independence.

Nowadays, when people actually mutter the words “Deceleration of Independence” they talk about it like it is something in a dusty old crusty schoolbook.  People refer to the Deceleration of Independence and for them it’s just a noun – just another person, place, or thing.

Like it’s just some object in a prepositional phrase or something!

After the signing of the Deceleration of Independence most Americans enjoyed real freedom(s) and, after that, also allowed for John Adam’s biggest wish coming true = all men being recognized as equal & free in the United States of America. Or another example, We enjoy the freedoms of the Deceleration of Independence.

However, watching 1776 on a Friday night after a hard week’s work, it dawned on me! The Deceleration of Independence isn’t just a thing in a crusty old schoolbook! It’s a verb! It’s a call to action!

The Deceleration of Independence is a call to action!

And, to make it sexxy for today, well, think of our forefathers who loved to drink rum, have lively debate amongst themselves & female counterparts sarcastically handing King George a celebratory birthday cake that says “eat me” on it = celebrating the birth of a free nation. Free of the shackles of monarchic tyrannies and unjust, unwarranted persecutions = just like The Deltas handed Dean Vernon Wormer and Mayor Carmine De Pasto at
Faber’s homecoming parade in the 1978 classic National Lampoon film Animal House.
Here is the classic scene “enter DeathMobile.” Neverthless, in the same vein of vigorous spirit, go see 1776 and realize for yourself = The Deceleration of Independence is not just a noun. It’s a verb. It’s a call to action.

Brilliance #new poem by John French & the new everyday media

Looking at graffiti covered buildings
In the rain of January = Morning streets
Spoke something to me as I whizzed by
a
purple colored umbrella carried by a
healthcare worker hustling toward one
of the city's award winning hospitals ---
If this life of ours is measured by the vibrancy

of the frequency we emit, then we really don't want
anything jamming our transmissions so we can be crystal
clear in frequency without any interrupted static; the bell jar.

There are agents that can aid and help ensure you find a clear channel to tune into - and,
broadcast your brilliant energy like a star in the night. Find these agents and employ them if you need. .. if you want to be brilliant
that is ...

"Hell" - a New Understanding by John French and the new everyday media

Hell

For most religions “hell” plays a major role.

But what is hell?

Why do most of us who believe in it fear it so much?

Probably, mainly, because if you “go to hell” it’s because there was “sin in the crime” you committed on Earth. .. like murder, rape, abuse, neglect = all those things that create victims + oh, yeah, I forgot, and there’s that special place in hell for those who do drugs & listen to rock & roll music.

In the darkest recesses of our minds we can imagine what hell is like and do not want to go there from what we were taught of it.

I don’t know if it’s because I heard “Sympathy for the Devil” by the Rolling Stones in a commercial on TV before I fell asleep in bed or just because a woman in a store I saw brought-up my former neighbor (whose name goes unsaid –as we don’t want to evoke her misplaced hatred & evil spirit) and how unpleasant she heard she was and had made life on my street – why with her troupe of monkey followers & all. .. but I awoke from such a strange dream this morning.

I had a vivid dream of hell.

It was like new, black polished chrome and came over my dream like liquid nite.

If our bodies die and do not pass on with us in an afterlife than maybe you can understand when I express that hell then or at least the hell I dreamt of is not a concrete place with concrete forms but a place of energy that can take on many forms. We may experience parts of it now in our daily lives like in a bad current or rip tide in the ocean or river; unprovoked violence;  a wicked wind; foul smells; fans running backwards, etc.

There were many forms in my dream and some were so seductively sexy and some were so hideous but covered in dripping seduction that made them appear almost nothing and not to surprising in the continual parade of circus, theater like atmosphere.

It all started with a familiar ease.

I was at my uncle’s place who was a well known, well liked, successful doctor and he was having one of his bocce ball parties at his home and was roasting a pig on a spit = just like old times. Then I was summoned to my father’s law firm at his building. He wasn’t there but a few of his past partners were. I was going down a memory lane of sorts that was kinda comforting however soon I didn’t recognize any of the attorneys and secretaries any more.

There had become a sort of opulence and decadence about the everyday life of mine I was dreaming of and these little mundane everyday things with people seemed to possess a new potential meaning to me = like kinetic energy = just waiting to go off. ..like the whole environment was permeated with natural gas and I had a match in my hand and the power of free will to strike it.

I started to develop this overwhelming feeling that even little minute decisions I made were under a magnify glass and the characters surrounding me were trying to trap and snare me with wrong moves = so my good nature would be put to a test and tests at every moment.

I don’t know why but I found this really humorous and it only added to my good nature forming an intuitive protection naturally practiced by my thoughts and actions and responses both verbally & physically.

Oh, it was grand, great and garnished with a delectable fervor that rivaled some of my best nights and most productive days.

It was enthralling, invigorating, perilous and kind of pathetic in a smart fascinating way that wouldn’t let my true self be led astray and kept me lucid and fluid and moving through it all with an unpretentious grace obviously admired and envied by all. But it kept me moving and safe.

Toward the end of the dream a stream of fantastic, phantasmagoric forms were pouring out from everywhere and I was in its vibrant queue.

I turned to look behind me and my eyes had to keep travelling up until I got to a beautiful, strikingly gorgeous face and hair. She was all in brilliant, shiny black leather and looked like a Scandinavian queen. “She’s 7 foot 1,” a male laughed with enthusiasm.

In the delicate grasp of her hand dangled a stainless steel blade which looked exactly what it was = razor sharp. The shiny black leather Scandinavian queen’s eyes sparkled like exquisite diamonds from Tiffany’s and the blade shared that sparkle as she inserted it in and out of her mouth = ruby red & luscious lips closing down on it everytime ... but never that color of blood red I was expecting to see on that stainless steel blade each time she delivered it from her warm, wet mouth.

Organ Pie = a new poem by "John French" & the new everyday media

it was a Hi Fi morning for a blustery January day with more snow forecasted.

i had walked the dog, fed him some goulash and i had a couple eggs & coffee

news filtered thru my ears from the radio in the kitchen and living room TV
mixing w/ the song southbound from the Allman Bros on my YouTube channel -
when i opened a personal message for me on facebook from a past girl friend.

Greg Allman on the organ with Bruce Hornsby and Susan Tedeschi and The Asbury Juke Horns @ The Beacon Theater http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1yWKbehNV3I

the message was short and simple and did the trick conjuring up the image and
sweet smell of her and how warm she felt on those cold winter days in my bed.

ah, so nice to be remembered & reminded by those who know how to grasp you.

PROOF! Life Beyond Our Own Solar System Unearths Absolute Academic Elitist Arrogance Beyond Universal Reason

PROOF! The only absolute in this world is that most objective scientific opinion & ruling in agreement by all religions and scientific authorities (all in a universal agreement of say how to measure a meter) is the absolute arrogance of the ignorance of these people who think they know it all. .. Case in point, they can’t just celebrate that there’s proof that “life” exists elsewhere than on our own Earth & solar system. Because since it’s not someone from the IvoryTower of Academics (a club so elite it casts a glowering shadow over the club Andrew Carnegie, Frick, Mellon and all those men who made Pittsburgh / the USA one of the most industrialized wealthy spots in the entire world, The Duquesne Club), they have to collectivity convey the “real surprise” … that “It's remarkable to think that absolutely anyone can discover a planet.” said the University of Oxford's Chris Lintott, who helms the Zooniverse, in a statement.

a habitable zone in which conditions are liquid water to exist on a planet’s surface and potentially supportlife, could mean there is a "traffic jam" of worlds where life could exist, project officials said.

"These are planet candidates that slipped through the net, being missed by professional astronomers and rescued by volunteers in front of their web browsers,” said the University of Oxford's Chris Lintott, who helms the Zooniverse, in a statement. “It's remarkable to think that absolutely anyone can discover a planet.”

Amateur Astronomers Discover 42 Alien Planets

A team of amateurs has discovered evidence for 42 alien planets, including a Jupiter-size world that could potentially be habitable, by sifting through data from a NASA spacecraft.

Forty volunteers with the crowd-sourcing Planet Hunters project discovered the new planet candidates, which include 15 potentially habitable worlds and PH2 b, a Jupiter-size planet that the team confirmed to be in the habitable zone of its parent star.

This is the second time Planet Hunters project, which is overseen by Zooniverse, has confirmed a new exoplanet discovery. What's more, several candidate planets found by the project may be in the habitable zones of their parent stars. These candidates are awaiting confirmation by professional astronomers.

Researchers suggested this bonanza of planets in the so-called Goldilocks zone around a star, a habitable zone in which conditions are liquid water to exist on a planet’s surface and potentially supportlife, could mean there is a "traffic jam" of worlds where life could exist, project officials said.

The planet PH2 b was found using data from NASA's prolific Kepler Space Telescope and confirmed with 99.9 percent confidence by observations at the W. M. Keck Observatory in Hawaii.

Ph2 b is considered much too large to host life. However, any moons orbiting the planet could be strong candidates, astronomers said. The atmospheric temperature on the planet would range between 86 and minus 126 degrees Fahrenheit (30 and minus 88 degrees Celsius) in the habitable zone.

“Any moon around this newly discovered, Jupiter-sized planet might be habitable," stated Ji Wang, a postdoctoral researcher at Yale University. He is lead author of a paper about the discoveries, which has been submitted to the Astrophysical Journal and is available on the pre-publishing website Arxiv.

If a theoretical moon were to host life, it would likely have a rocky core, plus a greenhouse atmosphere of some sort that could have liquid water on its surface, the researchers said.

"It’s very similar to what was depicted in the movie ‘Avatar’ – the habitable moon Pandora around a giant planet, Polyphemus," Wang added.

A telltale dim

Volunteers spotted PH2 b by watching its parent star. As the planet passed in front of the star, the apparent brightness from Earth dimmed.

This is one of two commonly used techniques for finding exoplanets; the other is looking for wobbles in a star's gravityas a planet speeds around it.

Excluding PH2 b, citizen scientists recently discovered 42 planetary candidates, with 20 of those likely in their respective stars' habitable regions.

"These detections nearly double the number of gas giant planet candidates orbiting at habitable zone distances," the paper stated.

Planet Hunters includes participation from Oxford, Yale and several other institutions. Volunteers pour over data from Kepler. Once the strongest candidates are identified, professional astronomers take a look at them.

Planet Hunters has found 48 candidate planets so far. The first confirmed planet, PH1, was revealed in October 2011.
