Charlie Sheen's torpedo of truth is coming at a venue near you. But those who wish to see the ex-"Two and a Half Men" star do his "winning" formula on stage should act fast because the comedy tour "My Violent Torpedo of Truth/Defeat is Not an Option" is already sold out, with the actor planning on adding extra shows.
Charlie has opened shows at the Fox Theater Detroit in Detroit, MI and at The Chicago Theater in Chicago, IL, but those venues quickly sold out in just 18 minutes, a Ticketmaster record, according to TMZ.
And since the brazen actor is hot commodity right now, he is thinking of doing more shows in 20 to 30 more cities in the U.S. Organizers are also considering overseas tour in Europe and Australia.
A source told E! News, "Madison Square Garden is trying to book a date. That's not the ideal venue size, but Charlie is open to it."
Charlie has already been giving us a daily dose of his rants and raves on air and online, so what does a Charlie Sheen comedy show involve exactly?
"Charlie is first and foremost an actor," the source explained to the website. "There will be a lot of scripted material, plus videos, interactive audience material, the whole range of things that play off Charlie's strengths. There will be light and dark moments. People will not be disappointed."
The actor promises to donate $1 from each ticket to the comedy show to the Red Cross Japanese Earthquake Relief Fund.
