Look, Kate, baby ...

That "career saving" P.R. guru you just had on about Charlie ... she does not have a service if Charlie is "winning" = she needs Charlie to lose. and for that to happen Charlie has to bow down and "wipe his chin" after an encounter w/ Warner. So Charlie would have to say he has a problem.

Redemtion Song.

"look, Bob, the big-wigs at the Record Company say your music is great and, yes, it's true and from the heart but, like, your Rhastafarian religion and its rituals, practices and ways ... well, it's not the boy-next-door kinda thing that's part of the formula that sells records for the label. Sorry. But, that's real cool Keith Richards likes you and finds you real neat and maybe Rolling Stones Records will give you a deal."
