Peter didn't read much at all – he disliked books and didn't pay much attention to that type of culture or really any culture at all unless it was liked by mainstream approval from his Carny-esque parents who would try and hock whatever wherever because they had that effect on people.

Peter, or Dick, as his back slapping buddy system buddies luvingly called him also was well liked by people because, again, he didn't do reading let alone "the outside the classroom reading" that makes you truly more of a scholar of academics and, well, life. Peter pretty much believed whatever gossip was being peddled by his friends, family relatives – whoever paid attention to him and found they could take advantage of his blank slate, wet dish towel demeanor.

"Hey, Dick, take this magnify glass and burn that big black ant for me, honey" his mother requested. In which he did without even thinking.

Emery Wallace on the other hand, his mother who was very cultured and well educated, fair and just, would never make such a request in the first place. And, then again, Emery Wallace, was blessed by reading and thinking and developed high powered analytical skills which, sometimes to his detriment by the standards of the mainstream popularity entertainment/gossip machine goes, and almost intuitively would know the ethical consequences of misusing the magnify glass --- heat from the Sun would refract within the glass and cause extreme intense heat which would instantly fry any ant.

Moments of thought … Important here. And, well, if you don't think and just, basically blindly listen and do the consequences can have a devastating unfair and unjust result. You play God. Emery Wallace a devout Catholic from a devout Catholic background believed in God and Jesus Christ. He knew the judge.

When he picked up a magnify glass, as a child, and saw the ants on his big patio filled with concrete, trees, annual flowers and bushes and perennial flowers and bushes with bushy roots, on a blue sky day with white fluffy clouds above him, it never even crossed his mind to victimize an ant. He studies his ancient coins from his lineage instead.

Thank you for all your support - those who have supported me with compliments, flattery and encouragement - those who have followed me in admiration or to mock me (at least to mock me you read me a bit and viewed my posts and gossiped about me).

However I am now fueled by challanges and triumphs everyday that revolve around my real job as director of business development which I am thankful and grateful for = and truly love = and truly love what it's all about.

I am a busy man. My grandmother Rose (both were Roses) always said "the devil makes work for idle hands."

Therefore I will no longer be posting or writing in emails to media outlets.

The mystrawhat.com project and The New Everyday Media projects have been fun and I think there was a lot of good there (even if misunderstood by some).

I may post on FaceBook here and there but that will be more or less to say "hello" to friends.

This picture of Anna David was added to one of the FNC Red Eye Acitivity Pit groups overnight ... Reminding me of 1). how cool & hot Anna David is and is in person and 2). a nice little lessons learned anecdote she shared w/ me while interviewing her ... The story goes during the publication and publicity tours for her book Party Girl at a swanky Miami club in SouthBeach all kinds of people were offering her drinks and were like "Party Girl, we love you - lets party" = which turned out to be a bit of a bummer because OBVIOUSLY they did not read her book and furthermore did not do any homework on her and just like a cliche "judged a book by its cover" ... Which real quick because I gotta go!... reminds me of when I was an idealistic teen and some very conservative suit (which I kinda dressed like myself) saw a guy on a motorcycle and was like "look at that biker - how disguisting - the long hair, beard and ripped jeans" ... and I was like "how do you know? He could be a great guy. Why judge a book by its cover. Look at Jesus." ...

However, this "new gulf war" ... This is far worse than Katrina ..This is far worse ... This spewing of oil like hatred based by the sword and man-made interpretations to kill infidels ... Oil. "Don't shit where you eat, my friends" -(as I was saying like pretty much as soon I was allowed to receive info about this devestating blow that killed 11 men)- as just an everyday grateful and thankful citizen of a FREE U.S.A. --- I knew it was an economical, ecological and ethical catastrophe more than disaster. (Nevertheless I didn't imagine such a "controlled" response making things a trillion times worse) ... But everyday I saw that adding and, well, you know some people can just "sense" things ... I guess "predictions" are more for mathematicians ... Wake of a flood from Mother Earth ... Yeah, here come sunshine ... Creation and destruction womb like life and death rebirth ... Wake of a Mother Nature flood gives back a thousand fold what it takes if you're awake enough to realize ... An oil "man made" flood = disaster. It takes. It doesn't give. And oil industry won't give enough and will have the will to figure out what more it can take from us - consumers - tax payers. So why not create something new for people of the gulf who deserve it --- those 30 thousand oil rigs in the gulf can easily be converted into platforms for wind energy ... Gee, that will also create new jobs (a ton) and new money into our economy and the world economy --- negating big oil and its relentless creation of a giant relentless culture dependent upon the delusional need for oil. I was lucky enough to be part of the soaring nineties and not only its refreshing cultural revolution but also an amazingly refreshing economic boom ... The Internet model. Providing platforms to deliver information and goods and services and content to people around the world from your basement. An unbelievable sensation ... A whole new industry and world and limitless opportunity and break from the old dinosaur ways of big business --- "Big Blue" --- big blue chips. And like a cranky old man dictator(s) all of a sudden the Internet model wasn't a real model and all of the hundreds of millions of dollars being exchanged over ideas and contracts written on napkins was once again redirected to more "concrete" business models like "Housing" and "Banking" and lending and that whole cycle --- like a delusional addiction to oil.
