On the wall by the stairs and on the dining room table

I’m at home and am so grateful to be – to be me and by

And made me laugh like “roman candles” in the summer night
In the velvet skies of July and across green, green Pennsylvania
The way my sister’s children used to play

There came a point during the beginning of the third period of this Stanley Cup game 5 in Detroit where, as a Pittsburgh Penguins fan, I just said, "fuck it, man = I hope these guys cherish every second of this because they have played one hell of a game when they were supposed to have their assess handed to them on a silver platter."
And I quit letting the one sided language of the NBC Sports announcers get to me --- And I quit letting the Detroit fans get to me --- And I just submitted myself to letting it roll and whatever happens happens = Being glad we were there in the first place and really excited about how we were playing in this game 5 ---
Moreover, I was hoping the guys realized what a special position they were in and I hope either way they would appreciate it and just have fun every second of this game = savoring it like a bottle of Caymus Special Select Cabernet Sauvingon ...
The third over time was amazingly fun --- And how about Peter Sykora telling one of the announcers down on the ice that he was gonna score the OT goal = And that he did...
Wow... game 6 in Pittsburgh ...
Yeah, I'm really glad some of the Yoga/Meditative techniques I've learned through-out the years can make me mellow when applied ...
This was an amazingly fun game to watch ...

"Young Love" ... ... ... ... (And, Strung w/ Elixir Strings)
... so I had wondered just how long I could let the strings on my acoustic six string go before I had to change them. And although that point hit a few weeks ago I finally had enough. None of them broke on me but the sound was broken and I noticed and couldn't stand it any longer.
I polished my six string and then used Elixir Acoustic Phosphor Bronze Guitar Strings with ultra-thin NANOWEBTM coating
Gauge = Medium
E-1 = .013
B-2 = .017
G-3 = .026w
D-4 = .035w
A-5 = .045w
E-6 = .056w
These strings are so bright and have such a clear tone and lasting sound that I was ecstatic because of them --- especially knowing how flat and just bad the ones which needed changed performed and sounded like.
I started strumming and after some solid work this song "Young Love" came out ...

...and a little later as we passed these apartment buildings driving in the city my wife mentioned to me that that's where that girl was murdered last night. And, when I didn't know what she was talking about and was like, "huh?" She said some kid killed his girlfriend.
Young Love can be so good for you and then again it can be so fucked-up.
The past few days I've been listening to the album Youth and Young Manhood by King's of Leon
allot. BTW, King's of Leon have some June 2008 dates w/ Pearl Jam before they head overseas.

Kim Serafin and Alison Rosen ... ...
Kim Serafin and Alison Rosen were on Red Eye Friday night (well late late Friday nite at 3 a.m. or, well, maybe more appropriately considered early early Saturday morn)...
Ay any rate, of course, I've written about Alison Rosen before but, you know, aside from an occasional glimpse of Kim Serafin on ShowBiz Tonight, I don't think I'v seen much of her.
However, she sure caught my attention now...
Kim was HOT = funny, articulate, grounded, not coming off like she actually thinks she's the second coming
and,
well, she's HOT = A+++
Red Eye host, Mr. Greg Gutfeld, stated on-air that "she is so Hot that you could grill a sausage on her face."
Yeah, wow, now, that's hot.
And, of course, she's incredibly talented too and seems like the sweetest type woman --- just like one of my favorites, Anna Gilligan... You know?! Someone you think you could spend more than a couple nights with and probably wouldn't mind seeing and being around everyday...
Kim Serafin, Anna Gilligan and Alison Rosen are so hot and talented that if hot & talented women of the new everyday media were articles in the Wall Street Journal, I'd only finish after they were done.
