Laura Ingraham Has Best, Rational, Compassionate Articulate Commentary on Tibet and China ...

Every single person in the world of everyday media and all countrymen of countries participating in the China Olympics should willfully read the transcripts or watch the video of Laura Ingraham 's "talking points" tonight while she covered for Billy "O" on FNC's Factor.

Laura Ingraham provided the best, complete, rational, compassionate articulate commentary on this (long standing but now) "center stage" Tibet and China issue I've heard thus far.

I am pleasantly surprised and encouraged by this.

P.S. Talking Point videos are actually posted at http://www.foxnews.com/oreilly/index.html - And the one for tonight w/ Laura Ingraham should probably be-up tomorrow sometime

... gone: In life and death, Kurt Cobain is forever linked to Seattle ... 14th anniversary of Kurt's death

Seattle, Washington's "Snow Cone" -Mt. Rainer- Gianni French 1978
My grandparents on my mother's side lived on Mercer Island in Seattle six months of of the year and then in Hawaii six months out of the year. July 1978 I turned 8 years old. In fact on this trip to Seattle from Pittsburgh the day we flew there was my birthday and a gorgeous female flight attendant provided me with such grand attention I was smitten and felt like a little king.
At any rate, on this trip we were in some rural area visiting a cow farm or something and walking the beautiful rural grounds there where the grass was so green and the sky so blue and the dandelions so yellow and the lake shimmering with golden sunshine. Yeah, there was this little lake on the property with a little waterfall which fed into it and there was this guy fishing in it. And since everybody loved me I thought it was no problem for me to crawl down to this gentleman and bother him with a bunch of kid questions. While talking w/ him this other little boy (a little older than me but not much bigger) appeared and was skipping rocks in the lake but mindfully away from w/ the gentleman was fishing. I quickly joined him and we talked and hung out together on this perfect sky blue sky day in rural Washington state outside of Seattle. This boys name was Curt and he had blondish silky, shiny hair and was kinda shy but not w/ me and seemed grateful for a friend like me. I was sad when we had to go and never forgot this friend I made. Years later when Kurt Cobain and his band Nirvana emerged and I became familiar / the lyrics, his songs, thinking and a little history - I wondered and still do and just have this feeling I can't explain.

Bob Dylan is awarded Pulitzer Prize for music = Poetry Power

Newport, R.I. 1964

"You've been with the professors
And they've all liked your looks
With great lawyers you have
Discussed lepers and crooks
You've been through all of
F. Scott Fitzgerald's books

You're very well read
It's well known"
Ballad of a Thin Man by Bob Dylan
HWY 61 Revisited

Yesterday during the day I was thinking of this song and these lyrics --- This made me think of The Great Gatsby --- A couple things I picked-up from that book was 1). how Jay Gatsby's library contained books which were hollow inside. They were just fake. And, 2). beyond just the little details, a main lesson here is that money cannot and does not buy intellect, passion, morality, justice, karma, taste and class!

I later heard the NEWS of "Bob Dylan being awarded Pulitzer Prize for music" on
Red Eye
and when I awoke I thought about it all.
And, thus, by current, modern-day-standards, one may be considered "rich" or wealthy and may have big-modern-day-home, fancy cars w/ fancy shiny rims, lots of "bling-bling" (diamonds and fancy jewelry) and be "livin' large" however, again, some things don't change from when
The Great Gatsby was written = money doesn't buy intellect, passion, morality, justice, karma, taste and class!

Bob Dylan is a poet. His music is poetry. His life is poetry. The way he lives and views life is poetry.

And it's better than allot of the shit that is "published" by "publishing houses" and "poetry magazines" and most of the crap that professional academics create (by fear of "publish or perish") and flood the market with because of their "ivory tower" monopoly in the world of publishing.

Well, that's okay. In this case the "cream has risen." And Bob Dylan has profoundly touched more people than if he would be a well tenured, well published professor anywhere in the U.S.

OK, I'm diggin' this Dallas F&F "newbie" = "A" ... thus far ...

She's pretty hot and seems cool and can adpat to that "hot" middle seat and deal w/ real, dynamic, well rounded "pros" like Greg Kelly ...

She needs to "own" that middle seat more though by working it like a Gretchen, Kiran, Juliet (who's kinda really a fake bitch though and I'm so not interetsed in her anymore), Alisyn, E.D. and even Ainsley and, of course, Courtney and Page ...
