Such a Snake _ New August Poem 2018

Late one afternoon
It turned out to be a stick
Her heart was going zoom-zoom
It was dark black and thick
It made her inner thighs quake
Me I had myself a little laugh
She was so afraid it was a snake
Then I picked it up for a staff

Dissections

He had an easy smile
Despite all the muscles it took to make it
Compared to the muscles of a big arm
Like memories of home down a moonlight mile
He had an easy smile & didn’t have to fake it
Sharing trials & tribulations he also had charm
Mother Nature is superior to machined motion
Nerves, muscles + a good brain show emotion
