Dear America's Doctor:

Each Sunday I look forward to watching you - It's actually a highlight of my weekend because it's just such a perfect time of the day and week for me.

This Sunday was no different. After a long walk through the Sewickley Village w/ Parker Bean and some light yard work in which I was so happy to be doing in the crisp March morning air - I sat down and watched some of you w/ Jamie Colby and Greg Kelly.

And as we don't eat in front of the TV - I was listening to you speak while eating a breakfast consisting of free range, no hormone or anti-biotic apple chicken sausage and cage free, no hormone or anti-biotic eggs and light soy milk.

This Sunday I like how you stressed the importance of going to the hospital when you think you may be having a heart attack - or think it may be severe indigestion - and not to think you're crying wolf but to go to the hospital because time is of the essence.

Yes, most people don't realize how important it is to get to the hospital when finding symptoms - as time is of the essence and early detection is imperative for good, positive results!

Screenings, testings and physicals and just being in a professional full facility environment such as a hospital is a good, good thing people should not be afraid or embarrassed of to do.

That's why I dig you Dr. Isadore Rosenfeld! You break on through to the masses...

although Coke (KO) is an old blue chip stock,
nobody can compare with its rich history
in marketing & advertising and name recognition.
I mean, aside from "the Cross" Coca-Cola is the
most recognized symbol around the freakin' world.

in massive quantities and delivered like "ASAP" = "yesterday" = for building

Staying in Manhattan = A+++ _ (I like People Who Know How to Treat People)

What I like about staying the Waldorf Towers

is that it's for a little longer stay, the rooms are a little

bigger -

There's a separate entrance so one does not

have to go through the main lobby or use the main elevators

And, if one is catching a town car, this separate entrance

and elevator comes in handy -

The Towers even has its own front desk and lobby.

The rack of lamb is really outstanding.
This the Upper East Side.
Nice atmosphere, good food & wine and good drinks.
Maybe a little pricey.

My favourite in Manhattan.
Ah, the West Side charm.
The roses in unique bud vases line the bar
and the floral arrangements, plants, paintings
and decour in general is very smart & yet relaxing -
charmingly sophisticated yet understated and cozy.
The Ossa Bucco is amazing (as is the rest of the menu)
and the wine is fantastic.
I saw Bono here
as well as read an interview he conducted while here.

When in San Francisco, as a wedding gift
I was told I had to buy for tradition,
I purchased a set of cool diamond earings
= She's been wanting a matching necklace
and they don't carry one anyhwhere
= Customization = how accomodating.

I luv this place for lunch and even a little pre-happy.
Nice food, staff and hot women.

Isn't it something when you're not trouble

and they just give you their card in case

they cando anything for you?

I like people who know how to treat people.
